This Refund Policy applies to merchandise purchased via this website. Merchandise does not include adopted dogs. 

If there is a defect with the product, please contact us straight away. If we sent you the wrong product, please contact us straight away. Defects or incorrect items must be notified within 2 days of receipt.

We are more than happy to work with our customers, however we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or the product being different to customers expectations.
