DONATIONS
Donations, either monetary or of goods, are always welcome.
As you can imagine there can be many routine costs associated with helping
a beagle in need - veterinary fees for health checks, desexing,
vaccinations, heartworm testing and also worming and heartworm medication.
Then there are those unexpected costs that can sometimes come along, for
instance where a beagle has been injured or is ill or having to use a
transport company to get a beagle from one place to another.
If you would like to make a donation to the Beagle Rescue NSW by PayPal (can be by credit card),
then please click on the button below
Donations of items that can be used for fundraising on our website or used for our foster
beagles like worming tablets, collars, leads, bowls, food, treats would
also be of enormous help.
Please email
if you wish to send a cheque or money
order or to arrange pick up of any items. We can also email you our bank
account details if you would like to make a direct deposit. All donations
will be gratefully acknowledged on our
page.

BE A BEAGLE BUDDY
You might like to put your name down to sponsor one of our foster beagles.
Take a look at the beagles that are listed and see if there is one there
you would like to help out. Your contribution would be acknowledged
on their listing with your name under [BEAGLE'S NAME]'S BEAGLE BUDDY. This would be a wonderful way for a company to support the
work we do and earn a bit of kudos to go with it.

FOSTER CARE
We would love to hear from anyone interested in becoming a foster carer.
Beagle Rescue already has several wonderful foster carers without
whom we would never have been able to help the number of beagles that we
have. However there is always room for a few more which would mean we
might not have to say "No" to a needy beagle.
Beagle Rescue does its best to assess a beagle before it is accepted as a
foster but please remember that we have no knowledge concerning the
background or previous environment of the beagle (if obtained from a
shelter) and have only the word of the previous guardian/s concerning the
background or previous environment of the beagle (if from a private home).
Beagle Rescue is very happy to support you while you foster any beagle/s,
both financially and with advice (if needed). If you have experience with
beagles or scent hounds, have secure fencing and have room for an extra
beagle or two for a few weeks then we would love to hear from you.
Please
for more information or fill in the following application form
and send it in for consideration: |

TRANSPORT
You may not be able to take on the responsibility of a foster beagle but
occasionally we do need a beagle to be picked up and transported to his
proposed foster home. Sometimes it may only be a short trip and other
times you may be part of a relay if we need to transport a long distance.
If you feel you could help in this way then please let us know.

HAVE A LOOK AT OUR ITEMS FOR SALE
Check out the page as I am sure there are some great items that would
appeal to any beagle owner. All proceeds from their sale will go to the
Rescue Fund.

CHECK WEBSITES FOR BEAGLES IN POUNDS
If you have some spare time while you are sitting at your computer you
could visit the various rescue websites or forums and let Beagle Rescue
know if you see a beagle in a Pound, with a Rescue Organisation or
advertised somewhere as Free to a Good Home (especially if it says he or
she is not desexed). While we may not always be able to take the beagle
into foster care, we may be able to assist in finding an appropriate home
and help with desexing.

SAY NO TO ANIMALS IN PET SHOPS
The practice of selling animals from pet shops promotes impulse buying and
irresponsible breeding for profit. Please help us to stop it. We already
have far too many dogs and cats without homes.
