Notes from Coco's new family: 3 June 2011
Hi Thelma & Gwenda,
Just thought I'd send you a pic of Coco with her
ribbon and certificate after passing beginners
obedience. She's done so well and is really beginning to
listen and respond very well. She also does tricks like
shake paw and spin. Very cute! Big sister Bella passed
her class as well (with flying colours as she has done
it before.)
We start bronze level training in a few weeks!

Hi Thelma,
Just a quick note to let you know this is my new
email address.
Also, we realized that we haven't yet "sealed the
deal" with Coco!
Craig, myself and Bella love having her cheeky self
around and she really has become part of our family. We
must keep her - seriously, Bella would not forgive us if
we didn't! :)
The girls play every day. Wrestling, running and tug
of war with a certain sock that is now looking a little
worse for wear! We go out daily - walking, to the dog
park or to the oval for runs and Coco is learning the
rules and routines so well. She is already sitting
during walks when we cross roads and only needs a quick
"sit" command now!
We have booked both girls in for obedience starting
early April and are really looking forward to learning
with Coco and we are positive she is going to be the
star of her class along with her big sister! I just love
watching her learn and become more confident with things
like visits to the dog park and traveling in the car.
We have had such awesome laughs. Coco is a real
snuggler and really snuggles in with Bella, nuzzling her
and using her as a pillow!!
As you can see, we are completely smitten and are so
happy we have found Coco. She is the perfect addition to
our little family. I'll send a few more of my fave
recent happy snaps as I know you will love to see how
well we are all getting along.

Thanks so much Gwenda! We picked up Coco yesterday
and she is fitting in so well so far. We've had lots of
cuddles and fun times walking and out and about.
We were so touched with Thelma and Kathleen's little
goodie bags they put together for us all, very nice
touch indeed. Coco and Bella have already had a lot of
fun playing with all the toys (and eating some treats of
course!)

Just wanted to say thanks again and to let you know
Coco has settled in brilliantly!
We've been for a coffee at a cafe, walking around
Yerribi Pond and for a big play in the backyard. Coco is
now asleep in my lap. She and Bella are getting along so
well. Coco has picked up a few things to chew but is
fantastic when I tell her no. She also comes when
called. Bella has had a few barks and Coco hasn't even
left the couch!!
I'll keep in touch :)
